Cancellation & No Show Policy

Please cancel your class at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full credit to your account. If you cancel less than 8 hours before class, the class credit will be forfeited. If you are on a monthly membership and you late cancel a class booking, you will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee. If you are on a monthly membership and no-show, you will be charged a $20 fee.

Class, Class Pack & Membership Expiry Policy

Please note that all purchased classes, class packs, memberships, and promotional packages are subject to an expiry date. Expiry dates are clearly displayed at the time of purchase and cannot be extended unless otherwise stated. We encourage all clients to use their classes and memberships within the applicable validity period, as unused sessions will be forfeited once expired.

Important: All purchases have an expiry date. Please review the validity period before completing your purchase.

Waitlist

If the class you’re wanting to book is full you can choose to be on the waitlist. If/when a spot in the class comes available you will be notified through email and you will automatically be moved into the class to attend. You must have a class credit on your account in order to be able to book in to the waitlist. You must pay attention and watch you email to see if you get moved into the class your on waitlist for. There is still an 8 hour cancellation policy that will apply if you cancel after the 8 hour cancellation policy window.

General Info/Terms/Conditions

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time to allow yourself time to get checked-in and settled. Doors open 15 minutes before class start time and doors will be locked during class to prevent disturbance.
  • Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and sanitary reasons. Available to purchase in studio.
  • Minimum age is 16 years old and clients under the age of 18 must have consent of parent/guardian.
  • Forms of payment VISA and MASTERCARD. For merchandise in Studio we also accept cash and DEBIT.
  • Classes must be prepaid and booked online.
  • All sales are final. Classes, Passes, Memberships are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
