Reformer Pilates supports your body from the inside out—strengthening deep core muscles, reducing tension, improving posture, and increasing overall body awareness. It’s also an excellent way to prevent injury by improving stability, flexibility, and functional movement.

What is a Reformer?

The Reformer is a versatile, spring-based Pilates machine designed to support dynamic, low-impact movement. Its sliding carriage, adjustable resistance, and guided straps allow for smooth, controlled exercises that build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall mobility. Whether you're new to Pilates or experienced, the Reformer offers a safe and customizable workout for every fitness level.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting exercise clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety—they help you stay stable on the equipment. If you don’t have a pair, no worries—we have gripped socks available for purchase at the studio.

How long are classes?

Each class is 60 minutes long. Doors open 15 minutes before class start time and doors will be locked during class to prevent disturbance. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so you have time to check in, get settled on your Reformer, and start your session feeling relaxed and ready.

Parking

Street parking is available, as well as nearby lots next to the train station on Canada Ave, and pay parking across from Sun Valley Pools & Spas.
